All of our For Life Boots come with our lifetime guarantee. We will replace them for life. For Life 1460 boots are unisex, offered in a range to include Men’s & Women’s sizes. For Life 1460 Boots are constructed with Smooth Hard Life Leather and has our classic heel-loop. This leather is not only soft and supple, but also very durable with a matte finish. With the oil and wax deeply embedded in the leather, plus a little care and attention from you, the leather will look good for years to come. Each pair comes with an extra set of laces and a pot of Wonder Balsam.

This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper sole are sewn together, not merely glued, like many footwear constructions. This, together with our Z welt-stitch and heat-sealing process, makes it unique to Dr. Martens. The foot bed offers exceptional cushioning, is breathable, wicks moisture and absorbs odor, using natural active carbon. For Life Boots include an extra set of laces that are waxed with metals tips and a pod of Wonder Balsam. The natural ingredients in Wonder Balsam clean and protect leather to keep it soft and supple.
